Booking & Cancellation Policy

A R100 booking fee per person is required to secure your reservation.

A R200 booking fee per person is required to secure your reservation.

The booking fee will be deducted from your final restaurant bill on the day of your reservation.

• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the reservation time will qualify for a full refund of the booking fee.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reservation time, as well as no-shows, will result in the booking fee becoming non-refundable.

• We allow a 15-minute grace period from your confirmed reservation time.
• If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time and have not contacted the restaurant, your table may be released and given to another guest.
• If you are running late, please contact Mama Africa as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that your table will remain available after the 15-minute grace period.
• Late arrival does not qualify for a refund of the booking fee.

• If you need to change the date, time or number of guests on your reservation, please contact Mama Africa as soon as possible.
• Your reservation is only confirmed once the required booking fee has been paid.
• The booking fee is not an additional charge and will be deducted from your final restaurant bill, provided the reservation is honoured.
• Mama Africa reserves the right to apply the cancellation and late-arrival policies where the required notice is not provided.
